Web Site Goals
2008-2009
Utilizing the web to provide cost-effective, wide-spread and timely information will be a priority for the new biennium. The follwoing
goals are possible:

Expand and update the District 12 Calendar.

Encourage Areas 1, 2 and 4 to utilize the web as Area 3
has, with informational pages specific to their Areas.

Most clubs update their District 12-hosted pages about
once a year. Increasing the updates to twice a year would promote
more accurate information.

Promote club use of on-line newsletters to be posted under
the District 12 site to save money and encourage membership growth.

Utilize the web to increase club membership. For example, 2 of the 3
new members inducted by the Pikes Peak club in May 2008, found the
club through the web site.
