Area 3 Goals
2009-2010
- Promote meaningful Advocacy Projects for collective support by
the Area 3 Zonta Clubs.
- Through joint approval and support by the Area 3 Clubs.
- Engages local Zonta members in dynamic and educational projects.
- Increases local awareness of issues and support of the Zonta
International mission.
- Identify & outline each Area 3 Club's structure & operational
processes to create a "Best Practices" document for
District 12's use.
- Maintains each Club's autonomous nature while sharing different
operational and administrative options.
- Improve communications in the Area between Clubs & members.
- Highlight Service & Advocacy Projects @ combined meetings.
- Expand the Area 3 web page
- Expand mutual participation of Club activities in the Area.
- Update the Area Club's Bylaws and other 'housekeeping' chores.
- Maintains the Area's standing with Zonta International guidelines.
- Establish collaborative activities with other like-minded organizations.
- Expand and improve on the Area 3 Club's advocacy efforts.
- Improve the Area 3 Clubs' outreach efforts within the community.
